Order Deadline

For next-day delivery across Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we must receive your order by 12:00 pm for same-day dispatch.
Orders received after this cut-off will be delivered 2 days after the order is placed.
(Example: If you order on Tuesday after 12:00 pm, delivery will be on Thursday.)

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday. Important points are listed below.

Order Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders placed on Monday until 12:00 noon– Thursday 12:00 pm
    Orders are usually dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed between Thursday 12:01 pm – Friday 12:00 pm
    • If your order does not include fresh or frozen products – it is dispatched Friday for delivery on Monday.
    • If your order includes fresh or frozen products – it is dispatched Monday for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed between Friday 12:01 pm – Monday 12:00 pm
    Orders are usually dispatched on Monday for next-day delivery.

We take quality seriously, so if a fresh product isn’t at its best, we may hold your order for a day or two to send you the freshest produce. You will be notified by email with the updated delivery date.

    Same Day Delivery / Local Delivery 

    Same-day delivery is available for selected areas if the order is placed by 14:00 pm.
    Standard shipping charges apply (free shipping over CHF 79).

    Local delivery areas:
    Horgen, Oberrieden, Thalwil, Adliswil, Rüschlikon, Kilchberg, Au, Wädenswil, Richterswil, Hirzel.

    Local deliveries are available Monday to Friday.

    Delivery

    All deliveries are subject to delivery charges determined by Dalchini GmbH.
    Dalchini GmbH reserves the right to update its fee policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

    Delivery is made to the address you provide when placing the order.
    You are responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive it. Anyone present at the delivery address is assumed to be authorised to accept the delivery.

    We deliver to the main entrance of the delivery address.
    Any request to deliver beyond the main entrance is at your own risk, and Dalchinii GmbH accepts no liability for such requests.

    Delivery Charges

    Free delivery is available for all orders above CHF 79 after any promotions and discounts. For orders below CHF 79, the delivery charges are given below:

    Saturday deliveries can be arranged with an additional surcharge of CHF 9.90 over the applicable delivery rate.

    Frozen Products

    Frozen items require special packaging. A nominal packaging fee applies:

    • CHF 2.90 for the first frozen item

    • CHF 0.60 for each additional frozen item

    This surcharge is in addition to standard delivery charges.

    We use packaging that has been tested to maintain cold temperatures for up to 72 hours.
    However, extreme weather, transit delays, and package handling by carriers may sometimes cause frozen products to arrive partially or fully thawed.

    Important Frozen Product Disclaimer

    To ensure safety and quality:

    • Products may arrive thawed but still cold, which is normal in certain conditions.

    • Do not re-freeze items that have thawed completely.

    • Please follow the consumption guidelines printed on the product packaging.

    Frozen items should be consumed soon after arrival and stored responsibly.

    Refunds, Credit Note & Store Credits

    Please check your delivered products immediately upon receipt.

    • Claims for dry products must be made within 2 calendar days of delivery.

    • Once approved, a credit voucher valid for 12 months will be emailed to you.

    • Credit vouchers are usually issued within 5–7 working days.

    Fresh and frozen products depend heavily on how they are stored after delivery.
    We cannot accept claims for fresh or frozen products more than 4 hours after delivery.

    Frozen goods may arrive thawed during warm weather. They should be consumed soon and must not be refrozen.

    Using Store Credit

    When you receive store credit:

    1. Log into your customer account.

    2. At checkout, your credit balance will appear under Store Credit.

    3. Select Apply Store Credit to use it.

    4. You can also view your balance anytime under Account Details.

    Weight

    The maximum weight per order is 30 kg.
    If your order exceeds this, our customer service team will contact you to advise on the next steps. Additional charges may apply.
