Order Deadline

For next day delivery across Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we must receive your order by 12:00 pm for dispatch the same day. Orders received after cut-off will be delivered in T + 2 days. (For example, Orders placed on Tuesday after 12:00 pm will be delivered on Thursday)   Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, important points to note are given below. 

Order Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders placed between Friday 12:01 pm – Monday 12:00 pm
    Orders are usually dispatched on Monday for next-day delivery.

  • Orders placed between Monday 12:01 pm – Thursday 12:00 pm
    Orders are usually dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

  • Orders placed between Thursday 12:01 pm – Friday 12:00 pm
    • If your order does not include fresh or frozen products – it is dispatched Friday for delivery on Monday.
    • If your order includes fresh or frozen products – it is dispatched Monday for next-day delivery.

We take quality seriously, so if a fresh product isn’t at its best, we may hold your order for a day or two to send you the freshest produce. We’ll email you with the updated delivery date.

    Same Day Delivery / Local Delivery 

    Same day delivery option is available for the below mentioned areas, provided the order is placed by 14:00 pm. Standard shipping charges apply, with free shipping over CHF 79. Local delivery applies to following postcodes and areas: Horgen, Oberrieden, Thalwil, Adliswil, Rüschlikon, Kilchberg, Au, Wädenswil, Richterswil, Hirzel. Local deliveries are available from Monday to Friday.

    Delivery

    All deliveries made as per your orders placed shall be subject to delivery charges as decided by Dalchini GmbH. Dalchini GmbH reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. Any changes in the delivery charges shall be posted on our website. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order form. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the same.  We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address. We shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any special request by you to our delivery associate to deliver the order to any other place than the main entrance of the delivery address.  

    Delivery Charges

    Free delivery is available for all orders above CHF 79 after any promotions and discounts. For orders below CHF 79, the delivery charges are given below:

    Saturday deliveries can be arranged with an additional surcharge of CHF 9.90 over the applicable delivery rate.

    Frozen Products

    Frozen products require extra care while shipping. We charge a nominal packaging surcharge of CHF 2.90 for the first frozen product and CHF 0.60 for each additional frozen item. This charge is above any delivery charges applicable to the order. While we make every effort to send you frozen products with packaging that has been tested to last 48 hours, the products can still reach you thawed but in a cold condition, ready to be consumed. Please do not re-freeze if thawed completely.

    Refunds, Credit Note & Store Credits

    The delivered products must be checked immediately after acceptance for completeness, correctness and any delivery damages. Users have the right to claim a refund for a dry product within 3 calendar days of delivery. Once the claim has been accepted and approved by our customer service, the refund will be processed. In case of any claims, a credit voucher with 12 months validity will be emailed to you along with the details on how to redeem. This can be used to pay for your subsequent purchases. It usually takes 5 – 7 working days for the credit voucher to be sent.  We take adequate measures to deliver Fresh and Frozen products, however, a lot depends on how you store and when you consume the products. Therefore, we are unable to accept any claim for refunds after 4 hours of delivery. Kindly note, frozen goods can arrive thawed in extreme conditions so should be consumed sooner and not frozen again.

    When you have received store credit for any damaged or undelivered products, you need to log into your customer account on the store, the value of their store credit displays at checkout in the Store credit section. You can select Apply store credit to use your store credit as a payment method.

    You can also view store credit balance in your account details when you're logged into customer account. 

    Weight

    The maximum weight per order is 30 kg. If the total weight of your order exceeds 30 kg, our customer service team will contact you for further advice. Additional charges might be applicable.
