Fresh Spaghetti alla Chitarra Egg Pasta is a traditional Italian pasta made using a special “chitarra” cutting method that gives the spaghetti a slightly square shape and firm texture. Made with durum wheat semolina and eggs, it has a rich flavour and holds sauces exceptionally well. Perfect for classic Italian dishes with tomato sauces, seafood, olive oil, or meat ragù.
