A refreshing, silky-smooth dessert made with Nestlé Leite Condensado Magro, creamy yogurt and fresh lime juice. With just 3 main ingredients, this easy mousse is perfect for a quick homemade dessert.
🛒 Ingredients
For the Mousse
1 can (387 g) Nestlé Leite Condensado Magro
250 g 0% fat Greek yogurt or natural skimmed yogurt
80–100 ml fresh lime juice (from approximately 3–4 medium limes)
Zest of 1–2 limes, for garnish
Optional Decoration
Thin lime slices
Fresh mint leaves
Crushed digestive biscuits or shortbread crumbs
Extra lime zest
👩🍳 How to Make
1. Combine
Add Nestlé Leite Condensado Magro and yogurt to a blender or large mixing bowl.
Blend or whisk for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Add the Lime
Slowly pour in the fresh lime juice while blending or whisking continuously.
You will notice the mixture becoming thicker and creamier as the lime juice is incorporated.
3. Add the Zest
Stir in a little freshly grated lime zest for an extra burst of citrus flavour.
4. Portion
Pour the mousse into individual dessert glasses or small serving bowls.
5. Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until well chilled and set.
For an even firmer texture, you can leave it refrigerated overnight.

Spoon the mousse into small clear glasses. Top with fresh lime zest, a thin lime slice and a small mint leaf.

Add a thin layer of crushed biscuits at the bottom of each glass before adding the mousse.
Party Style
Serve in small shot glasses for an elegant dessert table or dinner party.
Frozen Treat
For a colder variation, freeze for a short period and serve partially frozen as a refreshing citrus dessert.
