Spicy Pasta is a quick, flavourful dish made with perfectly cooked pasta tossed in garlic, chilli, and bold spices. It’s ideal for a fast meal, kids’ favourite snack, or a comforting dinner with spicy twist.
Ingredients
a) 1 Cup Pasta
b) Water (For Boiling)
c) Salt (To Taste)
d) 2 tbsp Oil or Butter
e) 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
f) 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (Adjust To Taste)
g) ½ tsp Black Pepper
h) ½ tsp Oregano or mixed Herbs
i) 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce or Pasta Sauce
j) Optional: Onions, Capsicum, Sweet Corn
k) Fresh Coriander or Basil (For Garnish)
How To Make
Step-by-Step
1.Cook Pasta
a) Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
b) Drain and keep aside.
2.Prepare the Sauce
a) Heat oil/butter in a pan.
b) Sauté garlic until fragrant.
c) Add chilli flakes, chilli powder, black pepper, herbs, and vegetables (if using).
3.Add Sauce & Pasta
a) Add tomato sauce and mix well.
b) Add boiled pasta and toss until evenly coated.
4.Finish
a) Adjust salt and spice.
b) Cook for 1–2 minutes on low heat.
c) Garnish with coriander or basil.
How to Serve
a) Serve hot with garlic bread or salad
b) Sprinkle cheese or chilli oil on top
c) Perfect for lunch, dinner, or kids’ meals
