Delicate Japanese-style gyoza filled with nutritious wakame seaweed and a colourful blend of vegetables, wrapped in a thin wheat dumpling skin. Light, savoury, and full of umami flavour, these gyoza are perfect for pan-frying or steaming and make an excellent vegetarian appetizer or side dish.
