Sempio Ssamjang is a classic Korean dipping paste made from fermented soybean and seasoning, famously used for Korean BBQ (K-BBQ). Rich, savoury, mildly spicy and slightly sweet, this paste adds instant depth of flavour to wraps, marinades, and stir-fries.
