Patak’s Brinjal Pickle is a bold and flavorful Indian condiment made with tender aubergine (brinjal) pieces slow-cooked in a rich blend of spices, mustard seeds, garlic, and chili. Preserved in oil with a touch of sweetness, it delivers a perfect balance of spicy, tangy, and slightly sweet notes.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rapeseed oil, aubergines (17%), water, ground spices (paprika, spices, coriander — 4–4.5%), salt, green chillies (4%), cracked mustard, coriander & fenugreek seeds, garlic purée, acetic acid, mustard powder. May contain peanuts/nuts.
