Thai Pea Eggplant, also known as Pea Aubergine, Turkey Berry or Makheua Phuang, is a very small green variety of eggplant widely used in Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine. The fruits are pea-sized and grow in clusters, with a distinctive slightly bitter, fresh flavour and firm texture.
