Ingredients
a) Fresh jamun (black plum) – 1 cup (deseeded)
b) Sugar or honey – 2–3 tbsp (adjust to taste)
c) Black salt – ½ tsp
d) Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
e) Fresh lemon juice – 1 tbsp
f) Mint leaves – a few
g) Chilled water or soda – 1 to 1.5 cups
h) Ice cubes – as needed

Step-by-Step
1.Prepare Jamun Pulp
Wash jamun thoroughly, remove seeds, and blend into a smooth pulp.
2.Strain (Optional)
Strain the pulp using a sieve if you prefer a smoother texture.
3.Mix Flavours
Add sugar/honey, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and lemon juice to the jamun pulp. Mix well.
4.Add Liquid
Pour chilled water or soda and stir until well combined.
