b) 1 cup fresh yogurt (curd)

d) 2–3 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
e) 3–4 ice cubes
f) A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
g) Few saffron strands (optional, premium touch)

1.Prepare Mango
Peel and chop ripe mangoes, then blend into a smooth pulp (skip if using ready pulp).
2.Blend Ingredients
In a blender, add mango pulp, yogurt, sugar/honey, and ice cubes.

Add milk if you prefer a lighter, more drinkable texture.
4.Flavor It
Add a pinch of cardamom powder or soaked saffron for extra aroma.
5.Blend Until Smooth
Blend everything until creamy, smooth, and slightly frothy.
